Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) is a powerful breathwork technique that uses a continuous, circular breath with no pauses between the inhale and exhale. This rhythmic breathing pattern helps activate the body’s natural healing mechanisms, release stored emotions, and increase energy flow.

While breathwork practices have existed for thousands of years in yogic traditions like Pranayama, CCB in its modern form was developed in the 1960s and 70s by pioneers like Leonard Orr (Rebirthing Breathwork) and Stanislav Grof (Holotropic Breathwork). They discovered that intentional breathing could create deep emotional releases and expanded states of consciousness.

Over time, different styles of connected breathing have evolved, but they all share the goal of clearing stagnant energy, unlocking the subconscious, and bringing more awareness into the body and mind. Today, Conscious Connected Breathing is widely used for healing, stress relief, and personal transformation.
